To the Governor of Nevada and others this may concern:
After doing much research on the NRS (Nevada Revised Statutes) it has come to my attention that Las Vegascity officials are guilty of Treason per NRS 196 fornot enforcing laws regarding public decency (See NRSChapter 201). I spoke with city council,police and the
Mayor Oscar Goodman and found they don't know the law,and areallowing many lewd and immoral acts to take place herein Las Vegas. The Mayor when I asked him if he wasbasically saying he wasnot going to uphold the laws of the state, said," Imay be saying that." According to the NRS I amrequired tocontact you in hopes of seeing changes for the better.
